Da Davenport was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and if for some reason he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find the answer right away. He was very friendly and accommodating. He never pressured me into anything, and that goes a long way in my eyes. He even laughed at some of my comments/ sarcasm! I would definitely recommend him.

I went to Loyalty to get my lights panel back in order after getting a new battery from someone else. I asked them to perform another job on my car that came to their attention.. They had brought my out, without performing the job on the car.. They took my car back in. They charged me. But who to say if they worked on it .

We've been very pleased with our experience at Loyalty Volkswagen in Chester. Great service at the purchase, but have really enjoyed working with Mike Altizer in Service. Our 2018 Tiguan has been mostly problem-free; just the usual preventive maintenance, but Mike has been a joy to work with over the years. Prompt, professional, tells us what we need to know. I know that sometimes dealer service departments are not viewed in the most favorable light. Not true hear. Service after the sale with Mike has been great!

Terrible experience at Loyalty Volkswagen Chester on Feb 7, 2025. Scheduled a 9:30 a.m. oil change, was told the wait would be 2 hours, yet after 2.5 hours, no updates. When I asked Mike Altizer (technical advisor) for a status update, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, constantly calling me "man" and "dude" while making excuses about being short-staffed and offering no solutions.
