Terrible experience at Loyalty Volkswagen Chester on Feb 7, 2025. Scheduled a 9:30 a.m. oil change, was told the wait would be 2 hours, yet after 2.5 hours, no updates. When I asked Mike Altizer (technical advisor) for a status update, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, constantly calling me "man" and "dude" while making excuses about being short-staffed and offering no solutions. The worst part? When I decided to leave, he couldn’t find my keys or my vehicle and even asked if I knew where it was—unbelievable incompetence. First time interacting with Loyalty Volkswagen. Nonetheless, first impression was a decent one indeed thanks to Altizer, Mike. After some extensive repair work, I noticed what may have been an oil leak. Mike informed me to return the vehicle so that it could be checked out. He also ensured it was returned to me the same day and for me to monitor the matter and let him know if anything else is required. Thanks to Mike Altizer my daughter was back on the road in no time. We are hopeful that the leak was residual.

My 10 year old car was brought in for multiple lights on the dashboard. After 3 hours, I was given a quote of $19,323.74 for repairs. Loyalty said my timing belt showed wear and corrosion. In addition they recommended windshield wipers, tire rotation, alignment, water pump. All of these things had just been done by me personally or by a garage near my home.
