Logan was friendly and professional as soon as I walked in the door. I knew I wanted to by a VW but unsure of the model. His knowledge was impressive and I felt comfortable dealing with him. Just had 1st service (oil change). Service team was great. Worked with Michale Altizer in service at drop iff and he was knowledgeable and made the always "dreaded" dealership service visit pleasant and smooth.

Michale Altizer at the service department was clear and courteous, easy to talk too. I waited for my car was being worked on. Michale explained in detail what things need to be worked on as priority. Sent a video and made sure he added note to my service order. They took care of my car. The sales department, however: was a bit relentless. Two approved me with round about questions....the one. on a hot summer day. on the hot pavement with my dog. He abruptly stop me to ask questions. Here I thought I was being approached by a service professional. I was waiting for them to get to a point, so I could go pay... before I realized he was trying to sell me. Service is excellent, the sales team need to stop being manipulative.

This is my second time purchasing from Loyalty VW and having Kody Ellen there every step of the way again. Kody Ellen doesn’t stop until he knows you’re 1000% happy with your purchase. Kody Ellen’s personality and knowledge of vehicles make it such an easy process. Hopefully, I won’t have to return anytime soon to purchase another vehicle but if so I’ll be seeing Kody Ellen and the Loyalty VW team again. Thanks again Loyalty VW!!

This is a very honest team, and knowledgeable as well! Love this dealership. Michale Altizer Is hands down one of the best Service Managers I’ve ever worked with in all my years of purchasing vehicles. He’s patient, explains everything so that I know the benefit of getting the service, and works really well with the mechanics there. The mechanic that I worked with this time was super honest, brought me to the back to look at what the problem was, and was patient and helpful in getting it all resolved. 5/5 fellas!
