Michale Altizer at the service department was clear and courteous, easy to talk too. I waited for my car was being worked on. Michale explained in detail what things need to be worked on as priority. Sent a video and made sure he added note to my service order. They took care of my car. The sales department, however: was a bit relentless. Two approved me with round about questions....the one. on a hot summer day. on the hot pavement with my dog. He abruptly stop me to ask questions. Here I thought I was being approached by a service professional. I was waiting for them to get to a point, so I could go pay... before I realized he was trying to sell me. Service is excellent, the sales team need to stop being manipulative.

This is my second time purchasing from Loyalty VW and having Kody Ellen there every step of the way again. Kody Ellen doesn’t stop until he knows you’re 1000% happy with your purchase. Kody Ellen’s personality and knowledge of vehicles make it such an easy process. Hopefully, I won’t have to return anytime soon to purchase another vehicle but if so I’ll be seeing Kody Ellen and the Loyalty VW team again. Thanks again Loyalty VW!!
